z61y-鍛鋼閘閥
鍛鋼閘(zhá)閥有(yǒu)三種閥蓋(gài)設計，第一(yī)種是螺栓型閥蓋，通(tōng)過凹凸面連接(jiē)，采用(yòng)不鏽(xiù)鋼帶(dài)與柔(róu)性石墨纏(chán)繞墊(niàn)片，按需求也可采(cǎi)用環連(lián)接，第二(èr)種(zhǒng)是焊(hàn)接型閥蓋，通過(guò)螺紋(wén)密封後焊接，按(àn)需求(qiú)也可(kě)直(zhí)接采(cǎi)用剛性焊接，第三種是(shì)自密封閥(fá)蓋，通過螺(luó)紋(wén)與自密封閥蓋(gài)連(lián)接。
鍛鋼閘(zhá)閥的結構(gòu)設計與規(guī)範：
鍛(duàn)鋼閘(zhá)閥制造按(àn)api 602,bs5352,ansi b16.34.
試驗與(yǔ)驗(yàn)收按(àn)api 598,标識(shí)按(àn)照mss sp-25.
結構(gòu)型式如下：
1.全通(tōng)徑或縮徑；
2.明(míng)杆(gǎn)帶支架；
3.兩(liǎng)端自(zì)動調心的填料壓套；
4.用(yòng)纏繞式(shì)墊片(piàn)的螺(luó)栓型(xíng)閥蓋(gài)、螺(luó)紋(wén)密封(fēng)焊接(jiē)型(xíng)閥(fá)蓋，或(huò)自密封閥蓋
5.本(běn)體倒密封(fēng)；
6.承插(chā)焊接(jiē)ansi/asme b16.11;
7.螺紋端(npt端(duān))按ansi/asme b1.20.1。
